The Murph Challenge pays tribute to Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a fallen Navy SEAL hero, and consists of a rigorous workout: a 1-mile run, followed by 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run.
To prepare for this amazing event, we offer the Murph 3- and 6-week programs, designed to help you build the strength, endurance, and mental fortitude needed to conquer the challenge.
Upon registration, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase event shirts – just pick your size and wear it with pride as you take on the Murph Challenge. After the event, we’ll gather for a well-deserved BBQ and chill-out session, celebrating our achievements and the spirit of Memorial Day.
